We will beat the competitor's price by 10% once the information provided in this form is assessed and approved by our team.

First appointment + 12 months: We will honour your price for your first appointment and for a further 12 months from acceptance if your condition is assessed to be suitably managed by our participating physiotherapists. This usually applies to single-area, simple, and straightforward conditions.

First appointment only: If your condition is assessed to be suitably managed only by non-participating or senior physiotherapists, we will beat your first appointment price by 10% (Item Code 500). Follow-up appointments will return to our usual fees.

Types of price beat:

1. 12 month unlimited appointment with participating physio: we will assess your condition using information you give us on Clinical Screening. If your condition is deemed appropriate to be managed by a participating physiotherapist, we will price beat your first and follow up appointment for at least 12 months. Condition suitably managed by participating physiotherapists are assessed based on the complexity, areas involved and clinical expertise of the physio.

2. First appointment with non-participating physio or senior physio: If your condition is assessed to be complex or outside the clinical expertise of a participating physio, we will price beat your first appointment with a non-participating physio or senior physio. Follow up appointment will be our usual fees.

Participating physiotherapist

Certain physiotherapists within our team participate in the 12 month price beat program. It means they will continue to honour the 10% off price for at least 12 months from acceptance given you are invested in your recovery.

Criteria includes:

1. Book and see your first appointment within 2 week of acceptance

2. Maintain at least one appointment a month at Lion Rocker Health with a participating physio or another physio/clinician at Lion Rocker Health

3. Maintain an attendance record. No late cancellation and Did Not Attend appointment.

Our team will assess your condition based on information you provide in the Clinical Screen. We will consider the complexity, area affected, severity of your condition and also the clinical expertise of the participating physio.

We can offer you a 12 month price beat if our team thinks your condition is suitably managed by a participating physio.

In situation where we think you condition cannot be suitably managed by a participating physio, we will either:

1. Recommend you to see a non-participating physio or a senior physio in our team. We will offer price beat for your first appointment and our usual fees for follow ups, or

2. To refer you to professions that we think will help

We do not price beat medicare, workers compensation, DVA and NDIS item codes
